Cathedral Rock Climb Bare Foot!

Yes, I did climb this Sedona power vortex in bare feet! I had not intended to but my sneakers did not fit properly and bare feet on the smooth sandy feel of the rock actually felt better than the shoes. This was day 3, votex climb 3 and certainly a right of passage. I had come very far from day 1 on Bell Rock where I was breathless and slow. Thank you Frankie Laino for making this healing experience possible.
