This bus was on the quite speedy 116 line running from Lee Hall to Patrick Henry Mall. I recorded the entire ride, and as you'll hear, it was definitely called for; way too much speed and juicy sound effects to go unrecorded!
This is a 1999 Gillig Low Floor with a Cummins ISC engine and Voith D864.3 ADR transmission. The transmission was set in High Torque mode.

All 29 of the lower 1200s are in service. ALL of them have the same Meritor axles, though most of them aren't running too bad.
