The more bike facilities we have in this country, the healthier we will become! Two of our bike club members saw a video of Bike Florida in 2002 and decided if the people participating in Bike Florida could ride 45 miles in one day, then so could they. These two women rode their bicycles across the United States five years later!

Bike FL runs a classy, well-organized ride. I've been with them and hope to make it again this year. I'm thrilled it's happening in October!
