If you are a meat lover, then this recipe will leave you smacking your lips! The lamb meat is marinated in a spice mix and garlic, cooked with onions, then roasted in the oven - all textures and sensations are present in this unique lamb dish! This is a classic Moroccan dish that would make your meal look like a special events. Once again, another delicious recipe from my grandmother.

  • loved your foods! hi grandma!

  • @MegaZwina thats not very nice to say...Id like to see one of your videos.

  • I like the recipe, Everyone should not be so judgmental, if u are any kinda cook, you will know each person has their own versions of how they prepare a meal, so lets be nice people after all its other sharing their love of food.

  • That is a rack of lamb. Completely different from a breast of lamb. Rack of lamb is just lamb chops before you cut em up. Like a standing rib roast. They barely need any cooking and are tender from the get go. Breast of lamb is anatomically like beef short ribs or pork belly/pork ribs. A tough cut that rewards slow cooking. Connective tissue that melts with a few hours of roasting or braising leaving a succulent flavorful meat that falls off the bone.

  • thanks

  • Omg i'm moroccon from holland, and ALIA is no good moroccon chef...her food are tasteless and no good recipes.....Why does she says this is how moroccon cook?? Thats how she cooks...........

  • her voice isannoying- nice recipe though

  • I love the song. What is its name? :)

  • i would call that rack of lamb , an expensive cut while the breast is a much cheaper cut.

  • Would ghee butter work?
