You probably can't find it in most stores at this point, so I'd try ebay or amazon.

Copied from the guide that I used:
"Play as: Xiahou Dun, Cao Cao
quickly defeat Guo Si and head towards Li Jue. When you defeat Li Jue, make sure that the three other officers are close. After Cao Cao talks about keeping the carriage safe, the cutscene will trigger"
