Students are introduced to the SMART (Specific-Measurable-Attainable-Relevant-Trackable) model to identify how one should track and measure their objectives (school grades in this instance) using students as the trackable "marks". Darryl advises students of their grades and encourages them to share their results and talk about possible solutions and be accountable to the action plan they helped to create.
