    I think he may have a chip on is shoulder in terms of the fact that he was the best of that generation of players in terms of his rugby brain, but Ellery, Shaun, Offiah, JDavies & co won all the trophies. Nevertheless he really is arrogant . That probably helped him during his playing career but maybe wouldn't help in the media or in coaching. He makes Phil Gould seem positively meek & humble.
