  • @dicsballer9 My understanding is that the guitar came to Spain and Europe by way of the Moors who were North African Arabs around the 7th century. I know the "Diddly Bow" came to America by way of the African slaves - that has been well documented.

  • @clarkewi That's not even close to true. Guitars have been in Africa for less than 100 years. Pretty true about the Diddly Bow though.

  • We know where guitar came from - Africa. What they can do with a 1 string "Diddly Bow" is amazing.
