A Tribute To Michael Fassbender (revised/reuploaded)

Due to some issues with the song it's been brought to my attention that the Michael Fassbender tribute video has been blocked in a lot of different countries. Because of that I decided to put up this version for those who are unable to see the original. As you can see the video is the same and the song has a subtle change. Can anybody please tell me from which movie/series the following parts are:-

1** 00:13 , 00:15 , 00:38 In all three places Michael has long hair with mascara or something, around his eyes (and looks gorgeous)..

2** 00:30 Where he's making out with a girl who's on top of him.

3** 02:54 Where he's kissing a girl's neck, in a bar with blue ambience. (Similar scenes have been used at various places in the video).
