  • At the same time we have a lot to celebrate about as Christians and as African Americans we have a lot going for us a strong heritage and faith foundation and culture. Poverty , crime and immorality is part of society at large and some of us have to stop making it like we are the only ones going thru such things. Its not a black thing but a human thing.God has been good to us so we must remember to be good to him as well.

  • The organist is my pastor!!! Pastor/Teacher Thomas J. Brown, Jr.

  • On the other hand, this is also free speech. Just don't read the blog otherwise the Praise and Worship was pleasing to my ear and to God's if it was sincere. Who care's about either denominations numbers. Let's pull all together and make an IMPACT on poverty, ignorance, racism, immorality and crime. Other wise as COGIC would tell both of us "SHUT UP" and as Baptist say "MAy this blog find you well"

  • Yes, you're right. That's a learned behavior. COCIC members are very patriotic to our heritage. I love NBC for who they are and what they do. Praise is praise, and there is no denomination card that we have to interject. As Baptist say 'blame it on my head and not my heart" And for the 20 million and 6.5 million COGIC. Why so many christians and not even a dent poverty, crime and immorality. We have LOTS of work to do....

  • The Genesis of Worship, Adoration and Praise. Taken directly from Ol' Skool COGIC.... Awesome.

  • very traditional!!!
