I know how you feel. I lost both my grandfathers when I was litte and my 'nana' to alzheimer disease.

I live in Quebec, and I agree that the health care system is terrible for the wealthy. If it looks like you are not in critical injury, you could easily wait 10 hours in the waiting room. About the language thing, most people speak English, and almost all understand English. And First Responders are a joke here, I'm in 11th grade and I can become one just by taking a short course.
