Looks good, I would be iffy about the raw egg. But it did look good and I think I would try it. The noodles are still very hot when the egg is put in so I think that would make it a little better. (Love Soba noodles!)

@bethann4301 yeah, eggs can be "problematic". the noodles do heat up the yolk, but only enough to make it delicious, not 100% e-coli safe. lol. thanks for watching.

How does the soy sauce taste in comparison to tsuyu sauce? I have not tried it your way yet. I have only eaten the noodles cold with tsuyu but I like your idea THANKS!
