I am the creep you are referring to. I am a big fan of Adyashanti and I put the tags of other teachers on there because I know a lot of people who are students of other teachers who love to hear Adya as well. the reality is we are all ONE consiousness/god expirecing itself, there is no such thing as death of consiousness/god, just permentant death of the egoic perspective. no way to expirence the ego cause no body to expirence it in. so we are dreaming right now, when you die no more perspective from your body, back into reality of infinite consiousness that we all are

For Silent Bud part 2: I have my own god. But this god perception that I have is mine. I will not push it on others. In turn I will never accept others to push theirs on me. No matter how old the god is and no matter how popular she or he is. (Most gods are men, that alone says something to me). I oppose dogma and dictation of any type, this pertains not only to religion, but also to fashion as well. I like Adyashanti very much, but I do question him as well. I trust my intuition only.

Hi, I really appreciate it that you don't get mad at me for what I said. Thank you. Most people get mad. You are very mature. When I talk to people I point things out to make sure they understand me and I understand them. I see that you must have listened to Adyashanti a lot. I like him. I agree with what you said in your last comment. But I like to call it universe. The word god has very religous connotations and it has to do with our own personal perceptions.

the only god is us, humanity has created many positive things, art, music, the ability to talk and form pitures in other peoples minds, and to reflect and think about thinking. the only thing that keeps us from creating heaven on earth is the thought that we are seperate, victims in the world.. when in reality we are all that exists!!!!

For SilentBud: Most gods are created in the image of humans. Only a few are given the shape of animals. This alone speaks against humanity in general. I prefer the animal gods. Christianity is the worst of all religions. They have tortured people throughout the centuries and they completely disregarded animals. Shameful. Humanity in general has not created anything positive. There are only a handful of really loving and caring humans on this planet. And they usually are not religious.

Humanity is created in the image of God, Humanity is a reflection of universal principles and patterns in Consciousness. Those who speak of consciousness in the East, (Buddhism/Taoism) as well as those who speak of God in the West, (Christianity) are in fact referring to the same universal essence
