The best horse racing game for computers is without a doubt http://www.freehorseracegame.com . Not only do you set up races with any horse you want, but you can train, ride, and bet on them as well. I love this game, I could spend the rest of my life doing it.

@carlykaiser okay i not being mean or anything but i use horse whips ....my horse gets cicodic honistly they do hit there horse a little to much.........but its harder to keep hold of thoroughbreds there just so dang jumpy,but but iam with carly you do need to get them going but i belive that horses that like to run like to run like ruffian she as amazing and he didnt even hardly hit her :) btw this is comimig from a 12 yearold that grew up with horses :)

@WestlifeFan1995 jocks don't have the legs obviously because of their position. And whips really don't hurt. I test them on myself (my bare legs) and it's basically nothing. Just pressure is all it is. Horse skin is way tougher than a human's.

i strongly disagree about the best game on computers being the one you mentioned i personally think it's SIMhorseracing it is wonderful and is very realistic just search it up and sign up it will just draw you in so much.

@carlykaiser A horse can feel a fly land on them. What do you think a whip feels like? And You use the reins and your legs to keep them straight. I ride! I know.

The victims of this sport end up in slaughter, I try to take them in when I can makes me sick that they have no heart or feelings for these poor creatures...:(

@WannaFlyEverywhere No, they cant ride without them. They have no other way of asking a horse to excellerate. The stirrups are to short to kick. Besides, jockys used to wear spurs when horse racing first started and horses would have bloody punture wounds after races. So you decide, whips or spurs.
