  • THe most notable cruel was the killing in the City of Moca where parent took refuge from the Haitian army. The Haitians gathered the children in front of the altar and masacred them in front of the parents.

That is why Haitians in the Island of Hispaniola are and will always be cursed, It's called "the Taino curse"

  • Four times the Haitians invade DR, when their army recceding back to Haiti, they target the children and women, killing thousands of innocent children. These killings were mostly perpetrated in churches.

  • Mr. Lawrence was completely wrong when he said Haiti ran Dominican Republic. What Haiti did was was a genocide onb the Dominican white people and Taino decendants.

  • There both missing the point teribulily, they are juging succes to be essentialy American culture which is mesured by Christian values and the nuber of O's on a bank balance statement, the success or failure of a Culture or sociaty cannot be messuerd as sociatys are compleatly contingent and abide by there own rules therefore you cannot make an accurate reference or annalogy to what a sociaty "should" be making the question as to whether Haiti has a Good or bad Sociaty entirely mundaine!

  • Haitian down fall is lack literacy. religion reform will not revitalize Haiti. Haiti can only be revitalize by decentralize Port-au-Prince. but 1st regional drainage or sewer control, mass transit, irrigation/ clean water. 2nd go back to pure agriculture productivity while education ppl with technology to keep up w/ import/export.3rd financial control and investment 4th judicial system reform. btw rich practice Voodoo also.

  • Harrisons research is more than valid. His findings should be taken very serious.

  • What makes this guy dangerous is the fact that people take him serious.

  • Values, believes and attitudes are crucial for success as individuals, and multiplying it by millions, even more for countries.

  • Oh please... Haitian culture is bad, Catholics are bad, and capitalism is good.

  • this guy does not know what he is talking to because haitian people have good values
