If the audio is re-recorded using Windows7, you can turn on a stay-level feature that will pull the volume back up.
1.Sound control panel.
2. Playback tab.
3. highlight hardware that you use.
4. press Properties button.
5. go to Enhancements tab.
6. checkbox Loudness Equalization.
7. highlight Loudness Equalization then choose Release time if you want to vary the actioned timing, otherwise the default (center) may be best.

It looks choppy on purpose haha. It looks like the video is made to be choppy to make them look like they're dancing in some wierd form or smth haha. Anyway it's nice
