  • Nope. It's actually perfectly legal, as you physically own the Wiimote, it's not "licensed" to you.

    The only illegal part is calling it a Wii, as that infringes on the trademark.

  • @happygamestvfun1 I know, I don't have a Wii. I just bought a Wiimote and a Bluetooth dongle, constructed a sensor bar and used GolvePIE so I could play my favourite NES games with the Wiimote. Why do you think I'm lying? There's several YouTube videos on the subject.
