Todd is surprised when Baker arrives dressed as a janitor. What is he doing here? Baker wants to talk to Todd about Tomas; he says he has a plan to make sure everyone, especially Blair, believes that Tomas -- not Todd -- killed Victor.

Blair is thrilled to get a video call from Tomas. Where is he? When can he come home? Tomas says that Blair is a sight for sore eyes, but he quickly cuts to the chase. He killed Victor to protect Tea and Danielle. His investigation was a cover-up. When John got too close, he ran. Blair puts her hands to her face. No! He couldn't have killed Victor! Tomas looks upset as we see that he is being forced to lie to Blair. (One of Baker's thugs has Tomas tied to a chair and presses a gun in Tomas' side as he talks to Blair). Tomas can barely raise his head, even when Blair demands that he look at her. When he finally does, he asks Blair to forget about him. Blair bursts into tears as Tomas urges her to move on. As Tomas hangs up, Todd arrives. He sees Blair weeping on the floor. Blair dries her eyes as Todd shows her the article he wrote in The Sun asking for information for Tomas' safe return. Blair admits that Tomas called to confess to Victor's murder. Todd covers his glee as he tries to act concerned. Blair urges Todd to say, "I told you so" about Tomas, but Todd doesn't have the heart. As Blair throws herself on the couch to sob, Todd tenderly leans down to hug her from behind.

Tea goes to see John at work where she says she wants to represent Calmar. She doesn't believe that Tomas killed Victor and thinks that Calmar is lying. Let her talk to him; she can suss out the truth! John refuses, leading Tea to accuse John of using Tomas to keep his job. If he pegs the blame on Tomas, then the mayor won't fire him, right? Angry John says that he doesn't think Tomas killed Victor. In fact, he thinks someone framed Tomas. When Tea asks who, John gives her a look. Tea sits down, feeling sick. No, it can't be Todd! However, it makes sense. Emotional Tea realizes that Todd probably set Tomas up, made Calmar lie and demands to know if John thinks Tomas is dead or alive. John assures Tea that Tomas is probably still alive, but locked up somewhere. It is Todd's only leverage with Calmar. Tea berates herself for believing Todd's lies. John warns Tea against confronting Todd. If Todd gets a hint that they are onto him, Tomas is as good as dead. Tea insists on telling Blair, but John warns her against that, too. They both know Blair can't keep her feelings a secret from Todd. Later Tea arrives at La Boulaie where she is disturbed to find Todd comforting Blair. She coldly asks Blair to speak to her -- now.

Baker returns to the place where he is keeping Tomas. He applauds Tomas' performance as Tomas says they can't hold him captive forever. The truth will come out eventually.

Outside of the Buenos Dias, Rex calls Viki to tell her that he and Shane will join her on her trip to Paris, Texas to cheer Noelle in the annual pie-off. Happy Viki says she will see him at the airport and hangs up. Aubrey arrives and asks Rex why he isn't looking for that crazy skank Stacy. Rex says there is something he needs to do first: honor his wife by taking Shane to the place where he and Gigi reconnected. Aubrey wishes Rex luck and turns to go, but Rex stops her to thank her for her support. He says they can look for Stacy when he returns -- and pulls Aubrey into a kiss! Then he asks her to spend Christmas with him and Shane!

Clint tries to talk to Viki, who makes it clear that she will not play second fiddle to Kim. Clint attempts to convince Viki that she is anything but, but Viki knows better. She grabs her bags and storms out. Clint tries to follow, but can't because of his ankle monitor. However, Clint is desperate to reach out to Viki and steps over the threshold. As his ankle monitor blares, he kisses her and dares her to say that his feelings aren't real. Still upset Viki orders him to explain that to the police and hops into her limo. Later the doorbell rings. Anticipating the cops, Clint practices his apology, but is speechless when he sees Kim at the doorstep.

Stacy doesn't understand why Cutter doesn't want her to regain her memory. She feels that staying in Paris will give her the best chance at getting her life back. Cutter stammers that he doesn't want Stacy to remember her obsession with Rex. He is afraid she or others will get hurt. Stacy insists that she doesn't want anyone to get hurt. And she knows that won't happen because she cares about Cutter. Stacy pulls Cutter into a kiss and asks him to stay in Paris with her. Cutter melts; sure. He will even go to the Bon Suites to book them rooms.

Viki and Rex arrive to the Bon Jour where Viki exclaims how happy she is. Llanview seems like a million miles away. She urges Rex to go inside to check out the specials while she gets Shane settled at the hotel.
