Javed Chaudhry - host of Kal Tak program in Pakistan - describes the virtual enslavement of the common man in Pakistan by a corrupt, selfish, and indifferent ruling elite since the creation of the country. According to him, 1947 should be celebrated not as the year of independence of the Muslims of the Indian Subcontinent, but rather as the independence from British colonialism of the Indian Muslim elite comprising landlords, industrialists, financiers, bureaucrats, politicians, and generals. It is hard to refute - per Javed - that the Muslim common man won freedom from the European "white man" to be enslaved in Pakistan by a compatriot "brown man". To add insult to injury, the new colonizer happened to be a fellow Muslim. Indeed, according to Javed, the entire 60+ year history of Pakistan is a testament to the utter failure of Jinnah's vision and dream of a country rooted in democracy, justice, equality, merit, and freedom.

  • I agree that 1947 marked the simultaneous beginnings of: (a) freedom of Muslim elite from British colonialism, and (b) enslavement of average Muslim citizen in Pakistan and Bangladesh. (Muslims in India are an exception as India is a secular and pluralist democracy) The setup in Pak today is desi colonialism where white colonialist has been replaced by a brown one. The ruling elite has no responsibility or accountability; worse, it is engaged in pilferage and plunder of national wealth.

  • javed sahab i salute u

  • Reality of Pakistan and 2Nation theory:-

    1) Muslims living in 3 countries equally- India , Pak and Bangladesh.

    2) New start of blood thirsty Sindhi-Muhajir-Pashtun tensions. Sindhi cared about their majority upon Muhajir arrival in 1947 and now Muhajir.

    3) West Pak exploited East Pak racially, politically and economically.

    4) 3 Million Biharis are stranded in Bangladesh with no citizenship and nobody wants them in Pak.

    5) complains of Punjabi dominance.

    6) Baloch revolt 5 times since 1947.

  • Pakistan was made by Muslim League Leaders who were hungry for power, rather than for Islam!

  • HA HA HA HA India Kush Huva... HA HA HA

  • The piece of Land that today is known as Pakistan....has never ruled itself....Pakistan was ruled by Indians(Nandas, Mauryas, Guptas, Palas), Greeks(Alexander), Arabs(Rashiuddin and Umaayad), Persians(Achaemenids, Sassanids), Turkics(Delhi Sultanate and Mughals) and Afghans(Ghaznavi, Ghauri and Abdali).....we share the foreign rule with them for 1000 years but prior to that Pakistan(modern day) was ruled by us Indians

  • This is the reality of 90% Pakistani People. After watching this movie if you are not agreed with me and i am really feel shame to say that we are really begarat qaum who has no right to say himself a Pakistani

  • I have very serious question Javed Sahb...and that is..

how can You say that Awam ne haq ada kar diya. agar sahi politicians he nehi diya to.

You cannot differeciate Awam and Political Leaders.. they are from same awam..

Awam ka haq ada tabhi pura hoga jab wo sahi nasal ke politicians laye aur desh ko sahi dhang se chalaye..

please make you views in macro sense...TY

  • G A musalman G a pakistan
