Taking Chances[[Josef/Elle]]

A Moonlight/Heroes crossover. Josef/Elle to the song "Taking Chances" by Celine Dion.

PLOT:

Elle's father's company, The Company, and Josef's company, Kostan Industries, are having a disagreement. Elle's father suspects Josef has extra abilites and wants to monitor him, so Elle decides to go check him out, to see what he's hiding. She finds out he's a vampire, and he finds out about her "powers". The two end up falling in love, but it's forbidden (yum!) love. They decide to have a secret relationship, and go a lot faster with it than normal. Elle keeps pressuring Josef to take a chance and let her in and turn her into a vampire. Josef helps Elle control her temper and powers with his laid back personality, and Elle makes Josef feel wanted and special. Elle is also very protective of Josef, and when she suspects someone is following him, she kills the person without a second thought. Josef is amused, but still wants her to try to control herself occaisonally.

A group of elder vampires finds out about the couple, and kidnap Elle, using her own powers against her. Josef goes out to find her, and starts kicking vamp butt, but Elle fears he'll lose, and she tries to hold on to their last memories together. Elle escapes, and Josef does soon after, and the two find each other and decide to go after the kidnappers one last time to finish them off. Josef realizes he can't live without Elle, and decides to take the chance (without turning her...yet).
