With everything going on...it seems like I haven't recorded in forever!! This was the end of a late night practice and I was pretty tired. It's not quite what I was going for, but it felt great just to dance. I've got a small benign bump that has to be removed in my leg and the stitches will keep me from much pole for the week or two, so I really wanted to record before hand. I think my next goal while I'm healing is to record some floorwork. ;) XOXO

@ThePoleDude Really?! Hehe...Was it a good one? It's funny, sometimes when I record it just doesn't seem like anything is flowing the way I thought it would. I tend to leave thinking 'well I hope that recording is ok'.
