For Chrisakes!! Bears are everywhere, if people actually spent time outside they'd see that! Why not raise awareness of the fact that half of our people are living in condemned houses, with no jobs, while CHN big shots are living like royality! This whole "Halt the Hunt" bullshit is all about making even MORE money for the CHN. Once they stop the hunting, they are eligible for more funding from the C I P. And our people will see NONE of that!
