I had this stroller and have to add a few key points. Yes, it can be a double, but NOT for any other than an infant and a toddler. There is very little clearance between the back seat and the bottom of the toddler seat for the legs of a child sitting in the back seat. Also, that cute little zip pocket on the back of the canopy easily pulls the canopy to falling back if filled with even a heavy set of keys. Food for thought.
