Most common reasons why this won't work for people:
1. The repeaters are not facing the direction of the song
2. It is wired incorrectly (watch the video carefully and see how I place the redstone)
3. You are using jukeboxes instead of note blocks (lol)

the air causes the note block to sound like piano, not harp.

@Quinthelas Maybe, but the sound file in .minecraft>resources>newsound>note says "harp.ogg".
