FFVII - LLNMNI Challenge - Air Buster

LL = Low Level (limit = 29)
NM = No Materia
NI = No Items

Before leaving Sector 7, I had to learn Cloud, Barret and Tifa's level 3 limits by fighting Mono Drives. In total, this requires almost 700 kills, so it obviously took a while. The characters also gained some levels. With 320 kills required to learn Meteorain, Cloud gained the most levels and landed on level 14.

This means I'll be a little overleveled for a low level game for a while, but it evens out eventually. Even with these high levels, some of the hardest battles take place in Midgar. This is definitely not one of those challenges that are easy up to Demon's Gate.

As for the battle, it's the usual strategy. I need to learn Ungarmax and Meteor Strike as well, so I have to start using Tifa and Barret's limit breaks in boss battles to keep the EXP at a minimum.

As for the names, I decided to do a different twist this time. I don't think it will cause any confusion, as you have to know the game well enough to know the characters' real names to have any interest in these videos. And yeah, I started over after Guard Scorpion. First of all because I wanted the characters' strength to be as high as possible, but also because I didn't want Cloud and Barret to be named C and B like in the speed run.

I use a free program called CamStudio. It works really well and the quality is pretty good, as you can see. Only downside is that I cannot record sound.

how long did it take you to level up? and 700 kills?

About three hours, but I did it on 3,33x speed (200 fps). It wasn't really that bad, since I played FFX and listened to music at the same time.

Wait,how did you learned all limit breaks without healing yourself,I mean,you can't use restore materia/potions!

i did two hits climhazzard and big shot lol i hate the bit before him though hit at same time though i just spent a while figuring how long it took them lol
