hi, yup, i use different variations of chords. I don't know all their actual chord names, but to me, as long as it sounds the same, it can be used.

him the B i use is and open B. you can play it x24400. how you read it is from left to right, which represents the 6th to 1st string of your guitar. the numbers are which fret to play for each string, and "x" means you don't play that string
