hahahaha funny guy, now for the special kids in the class, it is well known that the name richard is sometimes shortened to dick for some reason, same as charles is shortened to chuck or someone with red hair is called blue. The word cranium is another name for head. hence the reason this mc has taken the name richard cranium as a play on words.
