If Governor Brewer really wanted to stop the illegals she would call out the militia but Brewer does not want to call out the militia...She just wants to make political waves and get reelected. She is not really going to do anything effective to stop illegal Mexicans and OTMs but she does want good sound bytes :)

She's not very articulate or well spoken. Notice she never refers to 'him" as President Obama or The President. Immigration reform is needed but she's doing this for national press attention and to appease the bagger base.
