I've been a huge Tool fan for a few years now and have said on many occasions that no one can come close to them. I think Karnivool do just . In fact, I think they have the capacity to be a band. Sound awake is gona be massive when it drops in America next month. There a few moments on the album that blow my mind and I'm totally down with the lyrics. Yes. I get you, man.

I see the similarities between Tool and Karnivool and the differences. But to judge who's better is silly. Tool is an original, If your going to "try" to compare every other band like this to them. Then they are all just parodies of Tool, In my opinion. Simple fact is Tool is Great and Karnivool is going to be great. Karnivool has a lot of work to do before they can be compared.

@MattTastySteelman Well ! Its pretty different! imo, tool is pretty much better and their song are more "worked" but this band is pretty AWESOME!! ( but tool is the best :P sorry :) ) Pardon my french Btw :O ahaha

For me, this is the closest band that comes to something like Tool. But, Tool will always reign supreme, in my opinion.

Im a huge fan of tool but i believe these guys will be better than tool they are the australian version and are more accesable to everyone have a singer with a wider and amazng range plus they are extremly modern and this is only there second album compared to tools 4
