Don't get why people just can't appreciate such a talent, it amazes me everyday the passion Ray Charles had with music. With so many disadvantages due to the color of his skin and going blind at the age of 7, he was able to chase his dreams and influence the dreams of others, his a inspiration for my generation and the future generation upcoming.

In 1960 when this song came out, it played every night over and over at the student lounge at App State. I fell in love with the song and the music from this great artist. Despite his blindness, he was able to accomplish more than most people with sight - and with two very big 'handicaps' - his color and his blindness.
