Building A House (TOUR) - Modern House #1

This is my first time making an actual modern house. I think I did pretty good.

I do not save in SIms3Pack files simply because they waste computer space and the wait for them to load in the launcher is unbearable.

the outside is noce the inside not so much but still good thats just my opinion i do like the living room though

i acutely like it im impressed but in your next modern house try to add a roof so it could still be like one of the neighbors in the sims 3 the rich ones
