Let's Play Rift - Part 12 - To Sanctum Come

Part 12 of my 'Let's Play' gameplay and commentary in the new MMO, Rift, by Trion.

In this episode once again join up with the very ill Tallahassee as we make the long journey to Sanctum, the capital city for the Guardians. Once we arrive we discover a thriving hub of player activity; crafting, buying, selling, and doing target practice to refine their skills and builds, are just some of activities being undertaken by our fellow Guardian players. We also check out the Auction House, mount vendors, the bank, Planarite and Artifact gear vendors and we pick up our second Porticulum. We finish off the episode with Tallahassee showing me the World Event Vendor, who has some very special items for sale..

If I am right, there are no such things as an AH in Guild Wars, am I right??

@MrLegaroth correct! well, not in the way they exist in WoW, Rift, EQ2, Lotro etc etc. in GW it's still a player-driven price and economy but the system is more like an NPC 'trader' than a full blown AH =)

@wodka450 you mean from the World Event Vendor? umm yup - i preferred the pet over the gear, which is my personal choice.. as i've stated over and over and over before, i'm not here to be the 'leetest', i'm here to have fun. look elsewhere for leet, 'mate'..

@sambonz yeah... i guess gear over pet is my prefeence so i guess im kind of surprised someone picks pet over gear but i guess thats a personal preference, gret vid as allways...
