the video seemed rather to be making fun of various historical (rock) occurences. Like when they were all carrying tvs (as in to throw them out the window- led zep) or when the guy was passed out in the pool (that scene from the decline of western civilization part two) Perhaps also just elaborating on various party/ uncontrollable aspects that new bands have to deal with, although here the band is from the past, and therefore really confused. It shows how easy someone or a group can go downhill
