@yofootball127 the microsoft store is real...

You've got a valid point. and I'm not disagreeing with you, but i do have to disagree with M$'s products being better. It seems like, no matter what, microsoft's products aren't original, for example.
Apple Created the worlds first GUI, Microsoft copies.
Apple creates iPod touch, microsoft copies with the zune hd.
apple makes retail stores..... microsoft copies.
It just seems like microsoft has no innovation, like everything is just a response or a copy of another product...

Well here's the deal, Microsoft's products are MUCH better than Apple's (in my opinion). The thing Apple beats Microsoft at is marketing and delivery.
I don't see a problem with MS doing similar marketing. Which is dirtier? Apple's commercials bashing MS in a completely BIASED way or MS copying the retail store experience?
If anything, the similarity in environment will give you a more clear idea of which company you prefer when it comes down to what matters: Functionality and Quality.

Honestly, the Microsoft stores look like Apple stores, from the design, to the furniture, to the layout, to the people wearing different colored shirts. Like seriously Microsoft? are you that desperate to be cool?

I think microsoft feels like there not out there enough . of course everyone knows microsoft but look at apple and other companies mostly taking the limelight . there trying to get make them more hip and starting to make hardware with the xbox 360 and zune . im liking the direction there going. but i dont really think there competing i think its just for help and advertisment . and would be nice to drop off my xbox if i ever get the RROD and pick it up in a couple of hrs instead of shipping it

Go to APPLES STORE!!!!!!!!!
All the Microsoft Store going to be doing is virus removal, fixing low budget PC from freezing and slowing and maybe a few Zune here and there, that's about it. And the sound of Guru Bar sound dorky. LOL

Why not a Linux store then. LOL.
All you favourite distro's in one place and all you have to pay for is the media it is written on. There could be a showcase for all the different computers and devices it runs on.
Of course there would be a showcase for backtrack where people could try their hand at cracking the wifi of the microsoft and apple stores across the street.
Also, it would be a place for teaching.
Sounds like a wet dream. I don't wanna wake up from.
