The game has a suicide button because it's one of those puzzle games where you can mess up and have to restart. The Lolo games have one too and the game wouldn't be the same if it left you having to reset instead of being able to lose a life to try again.
@wolftickets1969 Namco isn't misspelled. Namcot was the name of Namco's home division. Other JP Namco Famicom games have Namcot on the title screen too.
through the games, you will encounter rooms where it will show some sort of image above you, at the last level you have to input those images in order.
This is a "good" game. You just don't get it.
