If he is lip-syncing, it's to his OWN voice. Can't you tell? He must have pre-recorded so he could better deliver the 'acting' portion of the video.

Chaz obviously writes his own stuff. He's smooth on delivery, not like he's reading from a script. And, he doesn't have screwy transitions from starting and stopping, as if he'd gone back and edited his dialogue.
