  • why did you choose three hip dominant/posterior chain exercises like KB swing, Tire Flips, and DL?

  • one more. pay atantion on ur foot positioning during a dead lift or u ll land up with strong adductors and realy weak abductors (like i did)

  • just a little advice... try to improve your Kettle Bell swings. You're not using your hips at all and take all the weight with the shoulders. Swings are a hip dominant exercise and all the power comes from hamstrings and glutes and a little in the lower back :))
