very nice! i'll try it with an italian cheese named "gorgonzola", that is very similar to the roquefort. hope it's good!

@reginaDeviant because the oil that comes out of the seeds while toasting them is too strong to then cooks the beets in.

dude its for a sunday lunch.. and it saves time. Gordon is one of the highest ranking michilen chefs, you really think he would buy bad packaged beets?
