The anime is called "Samarai X" or "Rurouni Kenshin" depending where you look. I found my copy on Isohunt, used "Rurouni Kenshin" for my search.

i love this amv. the two things, the video and the music were made for eachother. i love it. captured the true meaning of the song with the anime. bravo. i'm hoping you can make more with this kind of depth, and meaning.

OVA is way better than anime, there is more feeling and symbolism in OVAs, an color schemes reveal the dynamics of the entire story. I dont hate animes, but OVAs are quality.
