Jackie Gleason HE was the great one. Still funny and great today!

I can just see parents telling their kids not to cross their eyes, like Crazy Guggenheim used to do, lest the kids' eyes get stuck that way.

I had a frind named Joe. I always greeted him with "Hi'ya, Joe!"

Gleason was a great straight man, too.

That was my favorite show, they just don't have good shows like this today.

Hamburgers, french fries or potato chips and Jackie Gleason must have been the 'staples' of most American homes in the early 1960s! =) btw we had either fresh squeezed lemonade or kool-aid with our meals. Yes-GREAT times indeed!! =)
