  • @nicolaj0154

In the Project panel, select the footage item to loop.

Choose File > Interpret Footage > Main.

Type an integer value for Loop and click OK.

Then you can drag the footage, make it longer!

  • turns out this guy is a faker who stole the identity of the real videocopilot

  • Cool. Thanks!

  • Thanks very much for this tutorial! The other tutorials about this old film effect were either long or not convenient. Yours is fast, simple, and down to the point. Awesome.

  • how do you expand the 8 mm film so its like more than a minute long

  • Cool. Thanks for the link! :)

  • @Machiavelli1513 Nevermind, I dled it from the link above, however, when I import into Premiere CS5 it says this file contains no audio or video stream. I see yours is also .mov so no conversion should be necessary, right?

  • @VideoCopilotTuts Where is this link you speak of? Can't find it on your website to dl (8mm film).

  • @terror2596 yo, i'm sure you've figured that out by now but if you haven't.... i think the problem is you have the different switches displayed, if you hit TOGGLE SWITCHES/ MODES at the bottom of the timeline it'll change and enable you to alter the blending mode :)

  • I have a problem... i have CS4 and its not the same and i dont see Mode/ Multiply ANYWHERE, does anyone know how to do this with CS4? thanks
