In December of this year world leaders will meet in Copenhagen to determine our future.
Addressing the most pressing issue of our time, the meeting will negotiate the cuts to carbon emissions which countries must commit to in order to combat climate change.
The scientific consensus is that carbon emissions need to peak and decline by 2020 to prevent global temperatures increasing by 2 degrees Celsius or more, a rise which would precipitate the worst consequences of climate change. Achieving this, however, will require significant reductions in CO2 emissions.
The situation is very urgent but there is no guarantee that leaders will commit to the deep cuts required.
The technology for making this happen exists, and we need to make sure world leaders know the facts. We can make the cuts needed and still power the world.

Excellent video!.Wind energy has been used for centuries for various purposes..and has recently increased in popularity. As energy demands continue to increase, companies are looking to invest in renewable sources of energy to meet the requirements. The Department of Energy estimated that wind could account for 20% of U.S. power by 2030. Companies such as Pacific Crest Transformers manufacture custom built energy transformers for a range of industry verticals including the Wind energy sector.
