ITL World takes its origin in Mumbai, with its first IATA office in the 1990's and Recruitment office in the 1980's. Thereafter it spread itself to all parts the of Indian sub-continent.
In the year 2006, ITL spread its roots into the GCC region with its first office established in the commercial capital of Dubai and then moved to establishing another in Abu Dhabi in UAE. Realizing the growth in the GCC regions and well performing economies, we started an office in the Kingdom of Bahrain and in Dammam, Jubail, Riyadh & Al Khobar cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2008.
Considering the potential of the Holiday business, the company launched its destination management division under the name, ITL Holidays.
Outbound Holiday's team was identified to cater to the locals' and the expatriates' requirements for their annual holidays to visit different destinations globally. Sales & Marketing team along with the front office team were trained on the details of the destinations, operations and highlights on sightseeing in each city. The main goal of ITL Holidays team is to give quality service in terms of accommodations, transfers, sightseeing, and other allied travel services at an economical cost. After sales service was implemented and imperative to get the feedback of the tours, so as to retain the passengers for the next holidays
Now a formidable force in (Inbound) ground handling in the region, ITL Holidays caters to thousands of tourists (FIT's, Groups and Incentives) annually and commits to promoting Arabian Heritage among travellers from around the world. Backed by the team of dedicated professionals, ITL Holidays' services range from meet and greet services, transfers, sightseeing programmes, desert safaris and adventure holidays to incentive and special interest tours and mere hotel bookings.
By the end of 2011 , ITL intends to have 25+ Tours and Travel offices in India, Middle East and Far East, making it one of the best distributed travel solutions provider in the West Asian Region.
In ITL, our religion has been to "deliver with a quality assurance". This is the mantra the organization thrives on and will continue to be so in future providing a strong base for all future business expansions and strategies.
