I was bored and I wanted to see if I could flatten my stomach.First I tried a hilarious broomstick exercise posted on youtube, then I found your page. I was shocked but I tried 2 of your exercises and they both tightened my stomach area. I've never got this much work out at 24-hour.

What is your take on YOGA?
hmm
Like combining Yoga with weight training?
I assume it would be good.
Basically I saw your video on Promio Plus and I was wondering: if somthing like yoga was included into regular weight trainng and cardio with the promio what advantages might a person get.
alot of people do wight training and then lots do cardio, and lots just do yoga. But I dont think many specialize in those 3 forms of exercise.
Im not sure what Im asking anymore! but thanx for the vids.

I like it all, balance is always the best. Yoga, cardio, weight training, nutrition and activities / cross training all essential in creating total body health. Mix and match them all and find what works best for you and your body. The body needs excitement and needs relaxation, it needs stretching and it needs weight training - I believe all activity is a good thing. Balanced mind, body and spirit are what will bring fulfillment. Thank you!
