  • Дай бог здоровья Синди! Прекрасный комплекс - лучший из всех, которые я пробовала. Через 4 дня занятий я почувствовала прекрасный эффект: ноги, тело укрепились, осанка стала прямой, по улице шла легко и прямо. Удивительно!!!

  • @irha7714 You may do part 1 a day and part 2 the next and so on. It´s a great program, I have done it and you get excellent results in a short time, this is the best exercise program.

    It doesn't matter how many times or what order you do it in. I did this tape for a whole two months to get ready for a wedding. I was in the best shape ever. I switched to workout 2 whenever I got bored with workout 1 and vice versa. Workout 2 has a lot of abs work, it's awesome! I hope I helped.

    I'm getting back into it and I'm so out of shape that I'm going to be doing this until my body gets used to being active again. Best.
