@BeepimajeepBeep gotta work on your squats, that's not balanced.... normally you should be able to power clean and much as you bench press..... but you can squat a lot more.....

@GusMartin2 not really. I can powerclean 20 more lbs than i squat and bench press. My form is pretty good. I do not squat when i powerclean.

That depends. If u have naturally stronger legs, squat phase and jerk itself is not usualy the problem, problem use to be high pull phase. If u have stronger back, high pull phase is done with ease and ull strugle with squat and jerk. Plus, if u have stronger legs, ur dominant discipline is usualy CJ. if u have stronger back, ure better snatcher.

When you watch most Oly lifters, the clean is normally not the problem. it's executing the jerk
