Probably already turned in the paper but for what it's worth: Apply Maslow's Hierarchy, when you get up to self-actualization, many people realize that it's just not that important and thus put it off. Stress over a paper, a test, whatever, is not part of meeting an inner need but one that is imposed on us, perceived, not actual. if it's something you truly WANT to do, you will do it, inner need met.

i reckon i'm the king of procastination... and its definitely affected my life and my relations with ppl around me! i jst finally manage deadlines by not sleeping and extending on them.

And the only way i won't procastinate if I have a girl pushing me and motivating me to get it done!!

i'm a graduate student and i still don't have it mastered. i think the fact that i am (have been to date) able to pull shit together the night before and get good grades has served to strengthen that sort of response from me. as we speak, i am procrastinating, having put off reading 2 chapters and a hw for the night before...again...because i'm an idiot. but hey, saw a bunch of cool movies, went drinking with friends, so it's all good. --hope this helps on your paper
