It was a day of mixed fortunes for our men's and women's wheelchair basketball teams at the Asia Oceania Championships in Goyang, Korea.
After winning their first game against China, the Gliders squandered the lead late in their second match against Japan, losing it by just three points (59 - 56).
The Rollers got off to an ideal start in their opening two matches, with crushing wins over both Chinese Taipei (88 - 37) and New Zealand (104 - 27).
Both our teams need a top two finish in the tournament if they're to qualify for the 2012 London Paralympics.
