@peridore1984 As someone who's been looking for work for over three years -- after loosing my dream job that was a 3-hour commute each day -- the fact that, in this economy, you'd pass-up a good job with benefits is a slap in the face to all of us long-term unemployed. Also, cats need lots of individualized attention and to be the complete center of attention at times -- they aren't made to live in packs.

Cheap-ass AP TV uses public funded resources for housing and placement!
If they cared they would set up their own privately funded no-kill shelters. Hoarders would be much more likely and at ease if they know for sure the animals won't be put down.

I've seen the other shows and we are no where near like most the other ppl. We care for and clean up after these cats. And you have no idea the amount of work it takes to care for so many. I live and hr away from the humane society that is why I did not end up taking the job. Oh and what they don't include letting you know is my mother is still working with the humane society giving them a few cats each week. Simple a few bcuz they r really overloaded at this time.with dogs saved fkill shelter
it's very admirable for the lady from the humane society to confront this woman. i for one find this woman to be ridiculous.

@BreekeSugarshock she probably ended up visiting the shelter seeing what it's like.. a lot of people usually won't take up the offer of working at a rescue because it can be really heart breaking (speaking from experience)..
