In Denmark the tax costs per book loan is 10 US dollars. So it's a burden on all other value creation to subsidize book, CD and movie consumers with tax money and if it's so great for the users, they can pay for it them selves instead of draining the win win of other transactions with taxes to subsidize their own consumption.
